Training Coordinator

Todd Livingston is the Training Coordinator for EMAP and is responsible for
developing, coordinating, delivering, and supporting the training curriculum and
materials for participants and facilitators in preparation for an emergency
management program accreditation. Previously served as the Area Manager for
the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs Division of Emergency Management
and retired after 32 years with St. Petersburg, Florida Fire Rescue. Todd has
served as the State of Florida Search and Rescue Coordinator and Program
Manager of FL-TF3 Urban Search and Rescue Task Force. Todd has a degree in
Fire Administration from St. Petersburg College and graduated in cohort 2002
from the Naval Postgraduate School Executive Leadership Program. Mr.
Livingston has participated in over twenty-five emergency management
assessments of all types of emergency management organizations. He has gained
extensive experience in command and management roles from over twenty
National and International disaster deployments.
